Lead large-scale restoration projects as our Project Manager and make a significant impact on our growing business. You'll oversee complex multi-trade projects from initial assessment through final completion, working directly with insurance companies, property owners, and our skilled field teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety reviews
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation
• Negotiate contracts and change orders
• Mentor and develop junior staff members
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years project management experience in restoration or construction
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
• PMP certification preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred
