Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from customers experiencing property emergencies
• Schedule emergency response teams and coordinate dispatch
• Maintain detailed customer records in CRM system
• Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process
• Coordinate with field teams and project managers
• Process insurance information and assist with claims
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Support marketing efforts and customer retention programs
Requirements
• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Empathetic and patient demeanor
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of restoration industry helpful but not required
