Phoenix Restorations was founded with a simple mission: to help property owners navigate the overwhelming experience of disaster recovery with a trusted partner by their side.
Our founders, Byron Shorter and Keith Haggins, recognized that too many restoration companies treated customers as transactions rather than people in crisis. They built Phoenix Restorations on the principles of transparency, communication, and craftsmanship that they wished they had experienced when dealing with their own property damage situations.
Today, Phoenix Restorations serves the entire Washington DC Metro area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland. We've restored over 500 properties and built a reputation for reliability, quality work, and genuine care for our customers.
